I have always loved winter. I love bundling up in warm layers, cozying by the fireplace, cooking up a pot of chili, and going ice skating or enjoying other winter activities. However, the days are short and often overcast, there are not many holidays to look forward to, and for some the cold weather can bring joint pain. It’s easy and common to slip into the winter blues. I love running in the winter, it’s my absolute favorite time of the year for a run!
