It’s Summertime, which means it’s pool time! One of my favorite things to do during summer is change my workout routine from running to swimming. I will say the first time I stepped into a pool as an adult, I had no idea what to do in terms of a workout. Swimming can be a little intimidating if you haven’t been in a pool for a while or if you never learned how to actually workout in a pool.
