The past couple years have been filled with disappointments, for everyone. The constantly evolving regulations around the pandemic has led to lots of last minute changes and cancellations to events and there’s a good chance that will continue into 2022. I have already seen a lot of posts about 2022 being a repeat of the last two years and the disappointment has already consumed us (and we are only 10 days in!). Looking forward to things is an important part of mental wellbeing, but how can you look forward to things anymore?
